We all know.... you can't please everyone.

 It sounds like you got what was promised...at minimum, information.  Take it how you like.

 I'm very surprised that you signed a blank lease, not-notarized as you put it with Dale.  My advise is to get more involved in your community and the decisions being made if you are not pleased with the outcomes.

 I don't mean to be hateful but, it kills me to hear information such as this from individuals that did not take the time to be active enough in their community to make a difference.   Yet, complain about the outcome. It does not surprise me.
