hmmm! HOA guidelines-

HOA gudlines are as specific as to tell us what kind and color roofing material and how sheds should be constructed, and whether or not we can store boats, have lamp posts, etc. Tell the their fences have to match, do something, they've been waiting long enough for a freebie, we get tickets for trash cans, they are residence and should have to fix their own crappy fences, shame on them!

Are you talking about Lakes of River Trails? This HOA doesn't have any of those guidelines because it is voluntary.

Which Lakes?

The lakes across Trinity or The lakes in the main sub-division, in either case your HOA is seperate so I agree butt out! If we want your opinion, we'll give it to you!
