Off-Leash Dogs

Has anyone reported the pet owners to the HOA? Is is spelled out in the by-laws or whatever about leashing and picking up after pets?

what is reporting going to do.

there are messages in regards to home owners that walk pets with out leashing their pet. I see some people out there that neet to be on leashes as well. The dog catcher needs to pick up some of you quaks. etc..

Neighborhood Association

Just wanted to clear up some misconceptions about our organization. RTHA is actually a voluntary neighborhood association. Since membership is optional, we don't have a set of rules for the neighbors to follow. You will find that in mandatory associations in some neighborhoods. Some folks want that kind of regulation. Our group's main purpose is to help keep our neighborhood a great place to live. We make friendly suggestions in our newsletters from time to time, but we have to rely on our residents to make the choices that are neighborly. Some do, some don't.
