"Within Our Reach," the second Johnson Creek Watershed Summit is scheduled for October 30, 1999, at David Douglas High School, 1001 SE 135th, Portland, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The summit is for land, home, and business owners; community lead-ers, educators, elected officials; environmental groups, and citi-zens.
