Maybe I missed something between the builders & the HOA.Why do we have these orange tubes continue to protrude out of the ground ???
I would think they could be covered by now.They don't go away with the rest of the weeds when I spray them.......
Perhaps it is our responsibility to cut them down or bury them ??? But I guess one of the cable companies is just too busy to get rid of their trash.....so it would probably just be best to decorate them....ribbons ????lights ??? paint ??? plant flowers in the ends ??? maybe our neighbors have a better idea ???? how about putting a sign in them with the name of the cable co.
