San Diego, November 4, 2005

Hereby, I, Gretchen Braubach, duly elected SECRETARY to the Fox Canyon Neighborhood Association, CERTIFY the election results of OCTOBER 11, 2005 for the Board of Directors seats and the City Heights Town Council [CHTC] seat, as reported by JOSE LOPEZ, President and Inspector of Elections and by BILL PUNAK, Counter of the Ballots.

ELECTION RESULTS/REPORT

Hereby, I, JOSE LOPEZ, President and appointed Inspector of Election by the Board of Directors announce the following election results:

ONE association member was elected, THREE association members were re-elected and ONE association member was reappointed to represent the association at the CHTC. All candidate have a two-year term with the exeption of the CHTC seat, which is an annual appointment. 28 bollots were cast from which the 'YES' were paired against the 'NO' to pick the elected as follow:

A] SUSAN GLOUDEMAN received 27 yes and 1 no votes, and was elected.
B] RONALD GONZALEZ received 24 yes and 3 no votes, and was re-elected.
C] THOMAS V. DU received 24 yes and 3 no votes, and was re-elected.
D] GRETCHEN BRAUBACH received 25 yes and 2 no votes, and was re-elected.
E] GRETCHEN BRAUBACH received 21 yes and 6 no voted and was re-appointed to the CHTC seat.
