Andy M. Louke of Azura Property Enterprises, Inc. will develop the property as indicated by Scott McIntosh of Blowing Rock Ivestment Properties Inc. at the Annual Business Meeting.

The lots will be priced from $ 90,000 to $250,,000 and are currently being offered to Fox Den residents with a 5% discount.
