Repairs Done By Master Board
This is a picture of the collapsed retaining wall on Renard Ridge that was repaired using funds obtained from the Neighborhood Matching Grant. The Master Board is working as hard as we can to make improvements in our community. However, we will only be able to repair retaining walls or make any other substantial repairs to the common grounds one project at a time. These repairs will be based solely on safety issues. If the regime boards had decided at a meeting in 2008 to allow a vote for an assessment, we would have been able to repair all of these issues at the cost of $300 per unit.
