Fox Chase NHA News Letter # 1

Happy New Year 2011. This is the year for us to get back on track with our neighborhood. A new year for new ideas, new attitudes, and new energy for our community. We are still in the business of being " Nosey Neighbors". If we don't care for our neighborhood, who will. We must continue to show that we care by attending meetings, volunteering, reporting code violators, and reporting any suspicious person or activity in the neighborhood.

We are planning :

1.) Annual NHA Yard Sale......... April

2.) Beautiful Yard Contest........ May or June

3.) Annual NHA Block Party...... due to the heat will voted to join Texas and change the month to October

                     If there are any changes or updates you will be notified via email or phone.

Speaking of phone..... Do you have a new email or phone number, if so email it to me.

 

*New neighbors................... Do you have one? If so contact your Block Captian so that the new neighbor can receive a

      "Welcome Pkg."

*NHA dues at this time, they remain the same. $ 5.00/month or $60.00/year.

* Empty Homes....................we need to meet to ensure if the homes are rented or sold, the new tenants or owners need to know about the NHA covenant.
