Congratulations Foxfield! We will have our roads paved!! What is the current time table and what roads will be paved first?

Your Roads - Update

During the first half of December the bond issue is being prepared so the mill levy can be set and the bonds sold.
The board will finalize a contract with WRC at the Dec 5th board meeting. Design will be December thru March. The bid for construction will be let in March.
Construction is planned for May, June, and July.
Revised Road Paving meetings - Wednesdays:
January 15, February 19, March 19, April 16,May 21.
The timetable and construction schedule will evole throughout design and construction.
All residents are welocome to participate in the monthly meetings.

FYI Everyone -

A description of the general obligation bonds for the roads is presented as a link off of the home page. Foxfield residents will have first option to purchase these bonds (if you are interested).

Another request for commercial (corner of Fremont & Parker) has been requestwd (according to the grapevine). So the answer to your question is probably Sales Tax income (in a year or two)!!!
