Town of Foxfield

What is the deal lately in Foxfield? We are overrun with dogs! These are dogs that are running loose without leashes (and mostly without owners). Some of these are large white dogs that storm me when I open my front door, others are dogs that run through the neighborhood and bark for 4-6 hours at a time. There are many dogs you hear barking inside metal buildings (oh, the echo!). Others are dogs that run in packs and jump at you. This is getting very dangerous. Someone needs to take action against this. Don't people know that if their dog barks for hours on end or attacks people that we are ruining our neighborhood? I think the town should hire a dog catcher to visit the town at least once a week to pick up all of these stray or running at large animals. The smell of chicken coops and horse areas that are never cleaned up are bad enough, especially during the summer heat. Let's at least get rid of the packs of dogs and all the barking noise!
