Town of Foxfield

I understand the ''town'' went to court Friday for a hearing about the law suit with the Catholic church. What happened? Why haven't the citizens of Foxfield been kept informed about this? It hasn't been addressed in the Communique and I was told the church wants to bankrupt Foxfield. Please keep us informed!!

Awaiting a Decision

At this time, here is all we know -
The parties are waiting on a decision from the court on the legal issues.
If the court's decision does not decide the case as a whole, the
parties will then set a new trial date (possibly in about a month).
