I've noticed that there is not much activity here and what is here may not be reaching the correct people. I would expect some responses from the individuals that have the leadership roles in this HOA. Why isn't the news letter posted on this site? Where are the responses from the leaders of this HOA?
Thanks,
Doug Cvelbar

Response to your first question
Hi Doug, I'm not an HOA officer, but wanted to give you my input on the signs that you mentioned. I don't think that new signs are needed right now. The current ones at both entrances are wooded, and will eventually rot away. I feel that once the signs are beginning to look bad, then the community should make a decision on replacing them. People are simply complaining because ours are wooden where others on Waggoner are made of brick or stone.

I don't think anyone's listening
Doug
I agree- no one is out there. I have repeatedly requested info about various things from our ''association leaders''. I either get no response or ''I don't know, we're new at this'' from these people. I think I will run for office this summer. I certainly can't do any worse than the current administration. I am still waiting for them to address the issue of what our management company does for the $35,000 a year they collect from our pockets.
Very frustrating!!!

re: Listening
Doug,
I am also a resident and just learned of this website today, July 1, 2003, in the newsletter that was sent out. For some reason I don't think many people were made aware of this site. Hopefully after people receive the newsletter, more people will make their voices heard here.
Take Care.
