Parking is only allowed on our side of the street I live on, so from time to time there are cars parked in front of our house, but we park in the driveway, so it's really not an issue for us. What you say about property prices I totally agree with. If I had a pool in my yard, I would know in advance of buying it, that when it came time to sell my property, it would be of more value for someone looking to buy a home with a pool, and less value to someone not looking for a pool. And, as you say, that would be me, the owners business. Last summer I believe, the association sent out a newsletter, that had a note on there about pools, stating all that was allowed was inflatable pools. Since this is the Franklin Lakes website, maybe a boardmember reading this can respond. I found a company that I can purchase an 'inflatable' pool. It comes in different sizes, 12x12, 14x14, 18x18, etc, and as I said it is totally 'inflatable'. It is about 18" high. Something big enough to float around in on a raft, after a long week of work, on property that I pay the taxes on. I really don't think that is asking too much. The pool is inflatable as the newletter suggested, is this allowed in Franklin Lakes ?
