Barking dogs in Franklin Lakes seems to be out of control. I don't understand why owners let dogs bark, sometimes for hours, before being let in. Nevertheless, it happens.
I don't want to bother the police with this nonsense. I mean, they have to stop the shootings and other crime in Franklin. I don't know if there is a pound or ASPCA or something I can call. If all else fails, I will create an equal but opposite noise of equal annoyance to teach them (like dogs) to let their barking dogs in. I'm sure there's a director of barking dogs or something, who makes $150,000 a year in the county government, probably married to the assessor.
