Going on 2 years now... My goal has been to do what I can to improve the Fairmount Business District. Do Over Thrift recently had a fundraiser that local merchants and shopkeepers participated in, we gave away Free Gifts, special coupons, and samples. We have plans to do another in April and again in May. I hope all will support us in bringing attention back to the area. With these proceeds Do Over Thrift has purchased a flag for the Fairmount Station,  I hope to get it up and flying soon.

  Coming up this Spring we have several events in planning, The Author of  "Kansas Citys Fairmount Park" (www.oldfairmountpark.com),  John Olinskey and his daughter Leigh Ann Little ( www.vintagekansascity.com} will be at Do Over Thrift to discuss their books.

  We are planning a car show, and possibly sponsoring a Bike Rally, more details to follow.
