Freeman Elementary Neghborhood Watch

What is wrong with people? How can they be so disrespectful and selfish? Between Dell and McDonald the fireworks are still blasting at 10:56 P.M. Dogs are going nuts, including mine. Some people have to work for a living and need to rest, not hear that crap all night. Why can't something be done? Isn't there a noise ordinance to stop this?
