When I was on my way into the 8:30 mass at St. Margaret of Scotland Church (Across from our neighborhood) I came across a white American eskimo (spitz) dog. He/She was a bit dirty and looked as though the dog has been outside a day or two. When we spoke to the dog, it was interested, but when we tried to approach the dog, it ran around the school.
