Friends of Coyote-Bear County Park

Work Planned on Bear and Mendoza Entrance Roads 7/28/10-8/2/10

There are plans to oil the Bear and Mendoza entrance roads as well as the entrance to Cooper's Point and the Interpretive Center 7/28/10-8/2/10.  Those entrances wil be closed and an alternate entrance to Bear will be used instead during that period.  That entrance is the old ranch entrance, a couple hundred feet closer to the eastern foothills.  Parking will be in the field just beyond the pole barn.  The park wil be open.
