HELPFUL HINTS... HOW TO PASS A PLAN REVIEW
You must submit:

1. Two (2) signed and sealed (embossed) surveys with the flood zone elevation certificates included.

2. Completed application (signed and notarized~ reflecting the owner/applicant name, legal description, and job address, existing use, proposed use, construction type, group occupancy, and code edition);

3. Legible plans that reflect grade, pipe elevation and m.s. l. finis {floor elevations,

4. When applicable, the plans should include:

a. Parking and landscaping statistical data

b. Soil bearing statement (if by soil test two signed sealed copies of soil test are required);

c. Detailed fire resistive assembly numbers, drawings and all components of the assembly

d. Handicap parking access aisle and access route

e. Detail drawings on all stair and safeguard designs,

f. Letter of Intent for all unit masonry, truss erection, and threshold buildings,

g. Design pressures and rough opening dimensions for all openings

Note: All revisions Must Be Clouded In At Time Of Submission
