Friends of Hayden Island

I understand that Concordia University is planning to expand their campus. I am concerned with traffic, mostly the lack of stop or yeild signs at many of the surrounding street. I often see people driving through intersections without much concern paid to the cross street traffic. I have seen two accidents in the past year on my block. Is there any planning going to take place to install additional signage in the area directly surrounding the college?
