Dive Club Awards First Certification Scholarship

In July KABS awarded their first dive certification scholarship to memmber Michael Muhammad. His participation in the dive course led by dive instructor Dennis Price of AirHeads was professional, and challenging.

KABS Members Meet Mr. Carl Brahsear (Man of Honor)

Mr. Carl Brashear visited Louisville in June of this year and was honored by the Kentucky Human Rights Commission for his kindness, bravery, and his strength in overcoming racism. He was greeted by about 150 guest, friends and family. There were children from the local community and Senator Gerald Neal also made a Kentucky State Senate presentation honoring Mr. Brashear.
