Our mission:

"Jovan~ka" (GLORY INTERNATIONAL) to reach adults and children that suffer from childhood trauma / abuse. We seek change supporting social justice for the Family Against The Historic Elimination of Rights. We are offering strength, spiritually and emotionally for the restoration of life to the whole family. While ministering hope and healing through the message of reconcilation and change.

"Jovan~ka" (GLORY INTERNATIONAL) uniqueness is we serve the whole family for the purpose of unity by which they are bound together. Father is recognized as an essential part of the family development and crucial to the survival and restoration of the family. 
 
"Jovan~ka" (GLORY INTERNATIONAL)  has spoken with other community-based organizations through out the New York City area. Our goal is to rebuild lives and restore life to our communities by providing social/preventive, housing, employment assistance and restoring productive members to society. We stand committed to provide quality and adequate services through out the New York City area.

Jovan~ka (GLORY INTERNATIONAL) considers Advocacy to be a essential part of working with people in the field of  health and welfare services. We have to learn to be better Advocates for those that we service or want  to engage therefore we must sometime explore their perspective of a situtaion. Understanding structural damages of family consist of all circumstances and situations that may impair the social development of individuals.

Jovan~ka (GLORY INTERNATIONAL) has published serveral manuals that support stablization of individuals. i.e. S.H.A.D.E.S ( Shades Helps Adjust Dangerous Experiences for Survivors) PISSED OFF.....(Anger Mangement from a Consumers Perspective/ Advocacy) BRAGGADOCIO (this is a faith based (Judeo-Christian) authored  manual based on;  Family, Culture, Crisis. 
 

SERVICES

Participants and Community are  offered a wide range of motivational  services that depend upon the need. 
 
* Employment will be provided for co-facilitators when necessary
 
*Parenting Skills and budgeting workshop

*Jovan~ka at (GLORY INTERNATIONAL)  is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Agent  that can assist with housing matters.
 
*Educational workshops--that empower and promote upward mobilty
 
*Youth enhancement program will guide, educate, and encourage young people in building and rebuilding family, community, and lives. Employment will also be provided with some training for those who participate.

*Extensive fieldwork in all five boroughs of New York City

YOUTH ENHANCEMENT

Parent child relationships are challenged far more than they should be, therefore "Jovan~ka" (GLORY INTERNATIONAL) will be stepping up the boundaries and walking with Eric Erikson '' what you don't master in childhood you carry over to adulthood.'' So, there are those stuck in their youthful challenges. ''Train up a Child''
