Park Updates

Greentree Park 129th and Meredith

Earlier this year, we got a big dump of sand under the play equipment and during the Neighborhood Clean-up weekend, we placed mulch around the trees. We are preparing to install a Doggie Waste Bag dispenser and are waiting on our new park sign. After the new park sign arrives, we will do some new landscaping around that sign.

Please let us know if you would like other things added to our plans.

The Doggie Pot is installed!!!!!

We have installed a Doggie Pot pet waste station on the north-west edge of the park. This will be stocked and maintained by volunteers of the G I T Neighborhood Association. If you see this empty or want to help with maintaining it--please, let us know....

THE NEW SIGN IS UP.....

Today (Sept 20, 2007) our new Greentree Park sign went up. Landscaping with funding from the Mayor's Grant will begin very shortly.
