Pioneer Family Festival

The Oregon City Optimist Club will be hosting the 2nd annual PIONEER FAMILY FESTIVAL May 18,
19 & 20, 2001 at Clackamette Park. The event will include a carnival by "Funtastic", craft and food
vendors, a community information tent and entertainment. Police car, fire engine rides and a water rescue demonstration will also be a part of the weekend.

Informative River of Life Cruises will be available from Jerry Herrmann of the Earth Crusaders.

Gaffney Lane N.A. and other neighborhoods will be there to provide information.

Parking and admission are FREE! Hours of operation are Friday 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The motto for the Optimist Club is "A Friend of Youth" and proceeds go to the youth in our
community.
