At a previous neighborhood meeting, someone stated that they were trying to find out who approved the plans for this subdivision. I know it was approved by the Commissioners as well as the Planning Board. At the Commissioner meeting, on December 06, 2004, where Galatia Farms was approved, the following commissioners where present and unanimously approved:

Previous to going before the Board of Commissioners, the plan was approved by the Hoke County Planning Board, which at the time contained the following members:
