Hello all, my name is Stephen Muskett and I am a resident of the City of Falls Church (22046). I have been working with Dominion Power the last several months in attempts to establish a food garden under their power lines along the W&OD Trail on unused land (that Dominion has to pay to maintain). So I figured this unused and single-use land could be used to grow fresh produce for local homeless shelters and the local homeless population. Dominion has an easement of all of the land along the W&OD so this is why I am contacting you, the HOA.  I was considering the land across from the Shreve Road Dominion Substation.
