Rest assured you won't hear anything back in 21 days nor will they be able to find any paperwork for anything which has been approved in the past. Oh, did I mention, they have the same excuse each time, we may have misplaced (''LOST'') the paperwork. Again, here's another reason to get rid of VCNHOA!!!
