No Cost Home Weatherization
Each year Oncor gives qualified residents an opportunity to have their homes weatherized at no cost. The program is open to those whose homes are under the Oncor electric service area, which includes TXU, Gexa, Ambit, etc. Most homes that qualify are usually 10 years or older, all electric and have not had the home weatherization done during that time. A quick ESI check (found on your electric bill) would be able to establish if you qualify or not. If you qualify, you would be able to get attic insulation, window and door weather strips, caulking and many other energy reducing measures at no cost. Please call or email me if you are interested.
