Apparently, those of us who signed a previous gas lease for a much lower amount are stuck with the original amount. I was led to believe in the public meeting that when we voted to allow the HOA to represent us, we would all share equally in the signing bonus and payment structure. Does anyone know anything about this?

I too heard that told to us at the first meeting. I brought it up at the second meeting, along with a copy of the minutes and the handout from the first meeting with that particular section highlighted. It clearly said if the HOA was given the proxy to represent all, all "would share equally" in the payouts. The Slimeball Attorney (is that redundant?) actually ignored me when I tool this up to him in front of the meeting, and said...:next question" It was clear at that time the the "fix was in" from the beginning with this group of bandits that were the officers of the HOA at that time. Bet they hadn't signed yet???
