It should be a law for anyone in the city to have outside dogs!Who thinks it is ok to have big ass dogs outside to bark!I think that is weird af!!!And,anyone who has dogs and allows them to annoy others by barking has some serious mental health issues!!!!!!!

I got your law hanging, my dogs are in my yard  doing what they are suspose to do, you dont like dogs it your stupid problem, mess wtih me and my dogs, you might get a rude awakening.

Well, Theres a lot of crap that happens behind the citys and law inforcements back such as my backyard neighbor no doubtably bullies my family over our animals a few years back he killed our cat but we didn't have good enough prove plus he throws fireworks at our dogs and wonder why they bark at him and carry on but earlier this week we were babysitting a familys friends puppy so we let our dogs out so we can slowly interduce the puppy to our dogs and as they were outside our back yard neighbor called the police and they told us it was illigal to let our dogs bark out side even though they were only out for about 10 minutes and I would also like to add one of our dogs have high anxiety but because of him we are now resulting putting a mozzle on him and when we do he has a melt down and goes into panic mode sitting there crying and not using the bathroom or enjoying the out doors you would think in modern socitey animals are welcome to have fun and feel free in they're own backyard I don't care how annoying dogs barking is you can ignore for 10 minutes you do not have control over people just because you feel justifed to be in control of everyone else around you. Please grow up and allow others do what they need to to get by I'm sure you do not know some of the hardships your neigbors are going through at the time concider what their going through before you become so self centored.

It's normal for dogs to bark maybe if you can talk to your neigbor in a mature manner you guys can come up with times allowing their dogs out freely doing as they please you have no control over human or animal behavior and when you bring mental health into it that does not concern you unless you are the persons mental health specialest .I find that crude and disrespectful mental health is not a bad thing in no sense of the tearm if anything you should be accepting and understand that people deal with a lot. Example what if you are a brand new parent and trying to take care of a crying baby maybe he/she is sick and you are on the phone with the doctor and you can't hear the doctor because your dog or dogs have pent up energy that needs to be burned out so the dog decides to bark many people first reactions would be leting their dog outside so they can hear the doctor so they can help their new born. But now we have people like you who do not understand what people go throw on a day to day life and you just made it 10x harder on them. Please rethink your actions and consider others before your self.
