Does anyone have full details on the Castleberry Hill tax abatement program? No one I have talked to has been able to provide full details on how many years are left in the program for 100% tax abatement, when the 20%, 40%, etc. years begin.

Enterprize Zone

The enterprize Zone for the north side of the neighborhood started in 1996. So, that means that the first five years are over and the zero tax is over. Next year, 2001, starts the first year of the 20% tax. The total tax abatement wilol end in the tyear 2006. Hope this helps.
