an idea and some info
Yes, a security staff is a step in the right direction. However, first, CCM should send ID cards to the residents who have paid their dues. Second, there should be only one way in and out of the pool--that is staffed especially on the weekends. Those who enter must show two forms of ID. Third, impose a $1 to $2 fee for all guests. This is reasonable and will help offset some costs like security, lifeguards, shower usage, etc.
I don't know the cost for the service, but in addition to the above fee, I have two thougts to share. I come home from work at 1:00am. 1) On two occassions, I spotted the security guard in a deep sleep in her car (parked on the street by the round about). 2)On days/nights where we have had copius amounts of rain, or even while its POURING, the sprinklers are on throughout the Woodlands. WHY?? What a waste on money. How about some sensors? This will easily cover the cost of quality security.
