I was just reading the Gilbert Independent and saw the article in the Speak Out section titled Seeking 'No Parking' help. I live in the West Shore at Wind Drift subdivision, we were having the same problem that you are currently having. I'm afraid to say that you are having this problem because we just solved out problem.
We did get signs for our subdivision on several streets. The signs read No Parking from 10 am - Noon School Days only. They are working very well!

I hope this helps to solve your problem. Just think there are only 2 and a half weeks of school left this year. If you can get this settled over the summer, you won't have the problem for the next school year.
