I keep recieving notice of water damage on the walls that surround our home , reported by the 'wall repair company?' Just who are they? And please be more specific as to "water damadge."
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I completly object to this type of HARRASMENT. If the walls have damadge from water, obviosley they are constructed from INFERIOR materials. And where does it say homeowners are responsible for walls (damage) not owned by residents...
Any further harrasment on by Elkhorn Community Association regarding this matter will be dealt with a legal response.
My answer to you is a simple one: The way you choose the color and paint for your walls; you fix them.
