Application of Baranco and Associates to rezone property located at the southeast intersection of Redwing Circle/Covington Highway and Interstate 285 from C-1 (conditional) to C1 and C2. The property has frontage of 650 feet on Redwing Circle and 409 feet on Covington Highway and contains 18.40 acres.
