Calling for a resident on every street to take on a leadership role, in distributing news from the HOA to residents, and bringing feedback to the HOA Board and VIP Patrol.

A Block Captain is a ?“cheerleader?” for the HOA. It?’s fun and easy. All you have to do is meet your neighbors and disseminate timely information (just your street and/or the street opposite you).

Mainly, you remind folks of an upcoming Social Event and act as Liaison between the Association and the neighbors on your street.

Overall, it?’s a very small time commitment
