Glenmoor Turnbridge HOA

Hi We just moved into this neighborhood in Oct! Our address is 8912 Wyoming Street! We love our house and the area out here! Tom is a Vietnam Vet and his service dog Wolf died last March. We then got a Goldendoddle puppy to train and be professionally trained to be able to take to the VA. We put up a fence so the dog can run and not disturb neighbors yards! We put fenicng up around our deck so the dog would not see people or other dogs and bark. Last week when it was 47 degrees the Humane Society can because of a compliant our dog was outside had no shelter, food or water!! The compliant was written up as unfounded as there was food,water, and a dog house that had a metal roof, foam insulation, hardboard siding, and Tom purchased 12 bales of straw to surround the dog house, plus tarps on the roof to keep the rain out! Then yesterday the Humane Society came again for a barking complaint. Again the complaint was written up as unfounded as the officer parked out front for 15 mins and the dog never barked! We and the officers beleive it is the same person or neighbor and they have something against us. We are asking if you have a complaint please come and see us and we can discuss this as neighbors! We are working hard with this dog to make sure she doesn't upset neighbors but as the officer said dogs will bark. He also said for a complaint to be filed the dog has to bark more than 15 mins. Please do not take up the Officers time and resources with these allegations against us and our dog! Thank you, Tom Hart and Diane Davis
