Glenmoor Turnbridge HOA

We moved here in Sept 2016 and for the past two years have observed how fast school busses, and people drive up and down this street! Yesterday as we were coming to our house and getting ready to turn in our driveway a black suv came down the hill so fast they almost hit us then laid on their horn because we slowed down to turn in. Then they started yelling and screaming at us! We have experienced alot of horn honking because we don??™t drive 90 miles an hour in the neighborhood. Number why is there so much traffic on this street and number two what is going to be done about the speedig up and down this street? Does it take a child or pet being hit before something is done?
