I have been approched by Jim Bullen regarding very high grass and weeds at 112 W Netherfield St...we will be drafting and sending out letters to property owners regarding lawn & property issues...Remember West Nile Mosquitos can breed in wet areas and high grass, and property not maintained..If you know of any violations regarding the above call the New Castle County Complaints Department at 302-395-5555...Jack
