Anyone else in the neighborhood working on being healthier? I would love to find a workout buddy (or 2 or 3 or more) who want to walk in the morning, like 5am, on most weekdays, for an hour, at a moderate/brisk pace.
I know it's early but it's HOT the rest of the day! :)
