Don't Let Your Pet Be Someone Else's Pest

Our pets mean a great deal to us. Like our children we have to take responsibility for them. This does not always happen. Unlike children, some pets are left to run around the neighborhood leaving their calling cards for others to deal with.

Dogs are not picky, they will do their duty anywhere they feel the impulse. Cats on the other hand, give a whole new meaning to stop and smell the roses. These little darlings seem to prefer moist flowerbeds. Shame on the owner who walks his or her pet only to let it deposit on someone’s lawn then doesn’t clean it up.

Be a good neighbor and take care of your pets and their behavior without being asked. It’s not fair to make your neighbor the bad guy by having him/her complain about your little darling. There are leash laws for both dogs and cats. Love your pet and take care of them. If they are not on a leash, they should be confined to your house or your yard.
