GENERAL MEETING
DECEMBER 9, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7:55 p.m. by President Malinda Hardcastle.
Michelle Cline (ACC) reported that the west entrance bed reconstruction has been completed, including placement of stone edging. Most existing plants were transplanted, either to a new location within the bed or to lot 14. Rather than request planting of fall color in the west bed at this late date, the Board decided unanimously to pursue a credit from Landscape Partners. The annual contract for Landscape Partners is up for renewal March 1, 2009; the Architectural Control Committee will solicit bids from landscape vendors who would be willing to charge monthly for services performed. The ACC will work with Landscape Partners to repeat hydromulch on lot 14 prior to the expiration of contract. Ann Rudeen reported that the new neighborhood entrance sign will be completed by the end of the week and ready for installation.
Krista Robb (Social Committee) presented a tentative schedule of upcoming events:

April 25, 2009 - 1st Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale

Oct 31, 2009 - ? Halloween Party
Dec 8, 2009 - 2nd Annual Christmas Potluck/Meeting/Santa Express

The next Board/ACC meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tues. January 27, 2009 at the Rudeen?’s. The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m. by President Malinda Hardcastle.
