Board Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m., by President Michelle Cline. The first order of business was Lot 14. Discussion was held regarding a request from Ed Gill to have a special meeting regarding the pond encroachment. Michelle Cline is in talks with our attorney, and awaiting his response regarding the matter.
Discussion was held on adding a new member to the ACC. Jonathan Rader will work on recommendation of a new member and report back to the Board. Jonathan reported the ongoing issues with the sprinkler system sensor in the front. The decision was made to hold off on hiring a sprinkler specialist for now.
The next item was approval of the patio request for the Corbell family. The request was approved, and Jonathan will get the signed authorization to Michelle Cline.
Discussion was held regarding the need for liability and E&O insurance coverage for the HOA. Brian Robb will work on quotes, although we are uninsurable at present per the annual meeting discussions.
The final topic of discussion was improvement of the frontage area. Sean Johnson and Jonathan Rader will gather more information about the electrical needs and landscape design in the event that the HOA members agree to improve the front area in the future.
