GMHOA Board Minutes 10/07/11

The meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by President Andy
Bidinatto.
The first order of business was to discuss the status of the sale of Lot 14
to the Gills. Andy spoke with the attorney and was informed that the contract
has been sent to the Gill's for signature.
The second order of business was to discuss front landscaping and utility
box bids. All bids were considered and the final two were chosen. Both
companies were asked to make changes and return the bid to Andy or
Jonathan
ASAP. We are hoping to begin planting in the front in the next couple of
weeks. The moving of the utility box is being considered along with the front
entry beautification.
The third order of business was to discuss revisions to the by-laws. Andy
informed us a meeting will be held on October 8 at Michelle Cline's home for the
by-law committee to address changes needing to be made. A special meeting
will be announced in the future to vote on these changes.
The last order of business was to discuss the Fall HOA Meeting. A date
will be announced soon. We hope to have the meeting in November.
