GMHOA Board Minutes 3/19/2012

The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by President Andy
Bidinatto.

 

The first order of business was to discuss revisions to the by-laws and
rules submitted by the committee.  Final additions and changes were suggested by
the board members and returned to the committee for review.  They will have
these completed and sent out for the neighborhood to review before the annual
meeting.

 

The second order of business was the need for a dues increase for next year
to cover costs of utilities for both common areas and the insurance purchased 
for lot 14A.

Dues will be increased by $50 per year. Dues that are due by May 1, 2012
will remain $250.

 

The third order of business was the election of new board members for next
year.  The positions of Vice President and Member at Large will be open.  Anyone
having a nomination for one or both of these positions should contact Debbie at
deisenberg7717@sbcglobal.net
by April 13.  Please make sure the nominee is interested in filling the
position.

 

The fourth order of business was to discuss the date for the GMHOA annual
meeting.  It will be held on Lot 14A  May 20, at 4 P.M.  If it rains it will be
held at Andy Bidinatto's home.  His address is 7728 Grace Drive.  There will be
no social hour before like we have had in the past.  There was not enough turn
out in the past.

 

The fifth order of business was to review the new contract for
landscaping.  Freddie and Jonathan will be asked to get new bids, if necessary. 
They will also be checking to see when our new beds will have spring color put
in.

 

The sixth order of business was to review the new insurance that was
purchased for Lot 14A.  Brian will post it on the website so everyone can see
the policy.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
