The first order of business was the treasurers report . Marion read the
list of expenses for the past year. She will be furnishing everyone with a
copy. Andy explained that the $9200 grant from Chesapeake was for front
beautification only.
A piece of lot 14 was sold to Ed and Tammy Gill. We were then able to
purchase the necessary insurance for both the front entry and lot 14. A copy of
the insurance coverage is posted on our neighborhood website.
The second order of business was to elect new officers for positions of
V.P. and Member at Large.
Ryan Moran was nominated and voted in as new our new V.P.
Pem Tomaselli was nominated and voted in as our new Member at Large.
Thanks so much to our outgoing officers, Brian Robb and Sean Johnson.
The third order of business was to vote for new changes to our bylaws that
were delivered to each household 30 days prior to this meeting. The changes
were voted on and approved. You will be able to view these on our

The fourth order of business was to inform all households that an increase
of $50 per year to our annual dues will be necessary.
Andy had compared our dues with neighboring HOA dues with similar number of
homes and with our increase we still remain below most.
Several members questioned the landscaping in the front flower beds. Some
of the plants did not survive after the beds were redone. Tammy Gill asked that
we improve the drainage in Lot 14. Water from the entire neighborhood runs back
there and does not drain properly. She also suggested that new dirt and sod be
placed around the trees to help maintain them. All concerns will be referred to
the ACC committee.
Krista Robb informed us that she is working with the city to get signs for
our neighborhood. They will include :
Children at Play
This is not a thru street
Thanks to Krista for all her help. She always works hard to keep our
children safe. It was also brought to our attention that people are still
speeding down our street. Let's all try to help get this under control.
The water restrictions for North Richland Hills have been lifted.
The meeting was closed at 4:50 p.m.
