The building (Colonial Plaza?) on the north side of Quince between Rite Aid and the Citgo is covered with graffiti which is visible on both the east and west side above the roof line. There is also a lot of graffiti on the lower wall on the west side facing the Citgo. This building is in the heart of Colonial Acres; I can't believe it hasn't been noticed by someone other than myself. What can be done to rectify this? I vaguely recall that a law was proposed several years ago requiring owners to cover graffiti. Does anyone know if this law passed and how it can be enforced?

Anyone noticed the graffitti on the building on Quince across from Coopers and Fred's? There has been tags on the side of New Hong Kong restaurant for over 4 months with no attempts to paint over it. Looks really run down. A bit too urban for my comfort.

I have noticed it... Looks very trashy. Does anyone know who owns that building? |
