As fast as my neighbors paint there wood fences the idiots come out of the woodwork and scribble on them. As fast as a NEW fence is put up costing someone much money and time the cowards scribble graffti on it. Cant ANYONE do anything so our neighborhood is not turned in to a SLUM. It is so crazy, We are expected to pay fees, for WHAT, grass isnt cut, pool is about to close, money gets lost by paid employees on the committee. Where is the responsibility lie???? by law we can not just go out and assualt people, but when our neighbors are vandalised what do we do???

It's June 8, and the fences continue to look like crayola books. All the nice NEW fences on West Road have new crap scribbled on them. The good honest citizens cannot win for the juvenile brats who somehow are not locked in their cages. Where are the parents of these little monsters? One day they are going to be messing around someone's home and get shot; just like a criminal stealing someone's property.
