Mission of the Grafton Ridge
Homeowners Association

… the  specific purposes for which it is formed are to:

 1) provide for and assure the maintenance, preservation   and architectural control of the Lots and Common Area
within the Property described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions.

2) promote the health, safety and welfare of the Owners within the Property  and any additions thereto…
